Live Nation Entertainment is the world's leading live entertainment company. Born in 2005 in the United States, it took its current shape in 2010 by merging with Ticketmaster, the ticketing giant. Its headquarters are in Beverly Hills, California, and the group is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: LYV).
Its work covers the whole live chain: touring artists, producing concerts and festivals, operating venues, selling tickets and connecting brands with audiences. In 2025, the group presented around 55,000 shows in front of 159 million fans, and invested close to US$15 billion in artists and shows.
In Canada, Live Nation Canada — headquartered in Toronto — is one of the country's most active promoters. In 2016, the group acquired Union Events' festival portfolio: Chasing Summer (Calgary), SONiC Boom (Edmonton) and X-Fest (Calgary) joined its network. In 2019, it took a majority stake in Toronto promoter Embrace Presents (Danforth Music Hall, Velvet Underground), then opened History, its 2,500-capacity Toronto venue, in 2021. In Toronto as well, Budweiser Stage is among the major stages associated with the group.
In Quebec, Live Nation and evenko (Groupe CH) announced a partnership in 2019 to jointly promote major concerts and festivals in Montreal, across Quebec and in Eastern Canada.
Several major festivals produced by or linked to the group already have their full page on Festival TV — presentation, official poster and upcoming editions:
More of the group's flagship events — Lollapalooza in Chicago, Reading & Leeds and Wireless in the United Kingdom, Corona Capital in Mexico City — will join the catalogue as integrations progress.
