Sole DXB 2026: Lola Young and Overmono headline in Dubai, December 11 to 13
Dubai's great urban culture festival has unveiled its 2026 programme: for its 14th edition, from Friday, December 11 to Sunday, December 13, Sole DXB leaves Dubai Design District for The Square in Nad Al Sheba, with Lola Young and Overmono headlining.
A new playground in Nad Al Sheba
It is the end of an era and the start of another: after more than a decade at Dubai Design District (d3), Sole DXB moves to The Square, a vast open-air space in the Nad Al Sheba district. Four stages, days running from 4 pm to 2:30 am, and the same winning formula: music, fashion, art, basketball and food, as part of the Dubai Shopping Festival.
Lola Young on Saturday, Overmono on Friday
British singer Lola Young, the candid pop voice behind "Messy", will lead the Main Stage on Saturday, while electronic duo Overmono opens the weekend on Friday. Thirteen names have been announced: Masego and his "trap house jazz", Smino, Odeal, Malian singer Fatoumata Diawara, Yussef Dayes, Nia Archives, Hajaj, New Delhi band Peter Cat Recording Co., duo Maii and Zeid, Gia Fu and Matthew Herbert. More names will follow.
From a sneaker summit to the Middle East's meeting point
It all began in 2010 as a gathering of sneaker lovers in an Al Quoz warehouse: Sole DXB has become the leading voice of youth and contemporary culture across the region. Three-day passes are on sale from AED 495; single-day tickets will follow.
