Biographie
Ahmed Ololade, known as Asake, was born in Lagos in 1995. Signed to YBNL in 2022, he released three albums in three years — Mr. Money With The Vibe, Work of Art and Lungu Boy — making him one of the most streamed African artists in the world, between afrobeats, amapiano and fuji. Grammy-nominated in 2024, he left YBNL in 2025 to found his own label, Giran Republic. On November 8, 2025, he gave a Red Bull Symphonic concert at Brooklyn's Kings Theatre, published in full on his official channel.
