Biographie

Formed in 2004 in Conakry, Banliez'Art brings together Marcus and King Salamon around a hip hop crossed by reggae and Guinean folk. Revealed by the title "Police" (2009), the duo is the voice of the voiceless: his songs tell the suburbs, poverty and hope of a young person who refuses to silence. Two albums, "Koun Faya Koun – The Journey" (2010) and "Kalanke, Koun Faya Koun" (2018), mark this exemplary journey of Guinea's committed rap.
