Tiga Wendwaoga Désiré Ouédraogo, dit Dez Altino, is a Burkina Faso singer and guitarist nicknamed "The National Prince". He sings in Mooré and French, in a style that blends the coupé-décalé with the traditional rhythms of his country, such as the liwaga and the wiire, and regularly collaborates with other great Burkinabe figures such as Floby and Agozo.

Revealed in 2006 with the album Bon Dieu, he won the Kundé d'or in 2013 and other Kundés in 2014 and 2017, and was made knight of the Order of Merit of Burkina Faso. In 2018, he founded Altino Prod to support young artists, and continued his career from the Cissin neighbourhood of Ouagadougou, with albums like Sabaabo (2014), Barka (2016) and Beogo (2019).
