Gloria Bash
Revealed by her viral covers, Goma Gloria Bash's singer conquered the Afropop scene: discovered by Gims, signed by Black Star France, she released her first EP, "Patrona", in 2025.
Gloria Bash, by her real name Neema Bashige Gloria, is a singer from Goma, in the eastern part of the DR Congo. She first became known on YouTube with energetic covers: her amapiano version of "Buga" exceeds two million views in a few months in 2022.
She then went on to play her own titles: "Koleya Money" (January 2023), "Alakini", "To Kufi", then "Cascade" in August 2024 under the label Black Star France. In December 2024, she officially signed with the label after being noticed by Gims during a visit to Goma, and published "Toza Bien".
The year 2025 marks its departure: invited by Gims on the stage of the concert Solidarité Congo at the Accor Arena on 22 April, she continues "Ada", "Fond de huné", hailed by RFI, and "Mabega", before her first EP "Patrona" on 1 November 2025. A second EP, "Zoshi", followed in May 2026.
