Locko

Charles Arthur Locko Samba, dit Locko, was born on May 8, 1992 in Douala and grew up in a family of singers and instrumentalists: he learned guitar and piano from the age of seven. In 2010, he opened his YouTube channel and was noticed by his covers of French and African artists.

Signed by Big Dreams Entertainment, it was revealed in 2015 with the EP "Skyzo" and the tube "Margo", then "Sawa Romance" in 2016. In 2017, he represented Cameroon at Coke Studio Africa in Nairobi, alongside Youssoupha and Jason Derulo, confirming his status as a rising star.

The albums "The Bridge" (2018), " Locked Up" (2020) and "Era" (2021), carried by "Amina" with Tayc, set it up permanently, between Big Dreams, Universal Music Africa and its structure Yema Productions. Elected the best male artist in Central Africa at the AFRIMMA 2023, he is now one of the major voices of Central Africa.
