PhillBill, by his real name Diyani Bill Munyenge, was born on 27 December 1991 in Buéa, South West Cameroon. Beatmaker, recognizable by his sound signature "Hmmmmmm it's PhillBill", he became one of the country's most sought after producers and settled in Douala.

He produced for the biggest Cameroonian voices — Daphné, Blanche Bailly, Kocee, Mink's — and Locko, whose album "Era" was certified gold in France. With his comparison, he formed the duo Ridimz (Rythmz), within the label Shaba Muzik Inc, which he co-founded.

Awarded for the Balafon Music Awards 2024 (best beatmaker) and the Canal d'Or 2023, named at Trace Awards 2025, he released his first solo EP, "The Soundman", on 13 June 2025, eight titles carried by the concept "Vice vs Vertu", followed by a tour in Cameroon and Germany. He also founded Reach for the Stars Group, a charity dedicated to youth.
