Biographie
Will Holland, known as Quantic, was born in 1980 in Bewdley, England. A producer and record collector, he moved to Cali in 2007 and immersed himself in Colombian music: that is where Flowering Inferno and the classic 'Cumbia sobre el mar' were born. Later based in Brooklyn, he continues his fusions of cumbia, soul and electronica, and regularly reunites with Nidia Góngora — Curao (2017), Almas Conectadas (2021), and the Petronio Álvarez stage in 2025.
