The festival

Lagos is making a red carpet: a whole continent crowns its stars. The All Africa Music Awards, created in 2013 in partnership with the African Union and broadcast in more than 84 countries, are the great barometer of African music: 40 categories covering the genres and five regions of the continent, and a week of celebration in Lagos — the previous edition had received no less than 10,717 applications.

Good to know

Applications only via the official portal (afrima.org), until 10 January 2027.

Your images are worth Festivos

You are at a festival, a concert, a village party, a traditional party, a private party — even two or three, on a boat or on a plane? Send us your images: Festival TV analyses them, and if they are broadcast, they pass on with your name in credit. Program in preparation. All the parties of the world interest us: we want to see how different communities celebrate life and manifest their joy.
