The festival

The 18th edition of the Bayimba International Festival of the Arts is held from August 28 to 30, 2026 on Lunkulu Island, in the Mukono district, on the shores of Lake Victoria. Concerts, workshops and exhibitions are accompanied by an eco-friendly lifestyle and sustainable architecture highlighted by the festival. It is one of Uganda's performing arts appointments.
