The festival

Opening the winter season in music, facing the snowy peaks: this is the promise of the BERGFESTival in Saalbach, in the heart of the Austrian Alps. For four days, the village is vibrating with concerts in six places, from the large outdoor stage Schattbergbühne to the high altitude refuges and clubs in the centre. Rock, festive brass, punk and alpine pop meet there in a mountain party atmosphere, between ski day and concert evening.

For its twelfth edition, the festival is even one more day. The perfect date to start the winter by dancing, snow boots at the feet.

Your images are worth Festivos

You are at a festival, a concert, a village party, a traditional party, a private party — even two or three, on a boat or on a plane? Send us your images: Festival TV analyses them, and if they are broadcast, they pass on with your name in credit. Program in preparation. All the parties of the world interest us: we want to see how different communities celebrate life and manifest their joy.
