The festival
Bilili comics, Festival International de la Bande Dessinée du Congo, celebrates its 10th edition around the theme "Memoir, Heritage, Heritage". In ten years, according to its official website, the festival has grown from about ten Congolese comics presented to more than 100 African titles exhibited during the 9th edition, including at least 50 from Congo. It is held in Brazzaville and Pointe-Noire, at the French Institutes of the Congo, with free admission.
