Byblos International Festival

The festival
In Byblos, one of the oldest cities in the world, the international festival was restored to its port in the summer of 2025, after several years of absence. For five nights, from August 5 to 10, the scene rose up against the Mediterranean, between the old city registered with UNESCO and the Château des Croisés, for a program that mixes international pop and the voice of the region. Guy Manoukian, Jason Derulo, Lost Frequencies, Slimane and Naïka succeeded each other under the stars of the ancient port.
The festival committee, set up in UNESCO Square, is already meeting for the next day: a summer festival where music is played in a setting of millennial stones.
Good to know
Existence and return verified at the official source: the festival site hosts the 2025 edition and announces "See you in 2026", with a 2026 program mentioned but without exact dates open and read — no date announced: 2027: keeping in "usual period" summer. Return after several years of absence confirmed by YUNG (five nights of live music from 5 to 10 August 2025 along the port, under the new direction of In Action Events, headliners Guy Manoukian, Jason Derulo, Lost Frequencies, Slimane, Naïka). Official place listed on the site: Unesco Square, Jbeil-Byblos. Not to be confused with the Byblos International Film Festival (BIFF), a separate film event also in Byblos.
