The festival

The Cavendish Literary Festival invites readers, writers and storytellers to Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, for readings, workshops and meetings around the voices of literature. It is held in the village made famous by Anne... the house with the green gables of Lucy Maud Montgomery. The documented edition of 2026 was held from September 24 to 27.
