Colours and flavours
The gourmand autumn of Baie-Saint-Paul, between terroir and colours · Baie-Saint-Paul, Charlevoix, Quebec, Canada
The festival
Baie-Saint-Paul celebrates the autumn in great numbers: Colours and flavors, its gourmet and festive weekend powered by the City and the Association of Business People, held its second edition on October 3 and 4, 2026. St. John Baptiste Street was at the heart of the festivities, but the event was spread throughout the city, according to the flavours of the terroir, the gourmet creations of local shops and the talent of artists and artisans from here, in the flamboyant colors of the season.
