The festival

Barbadian festival marking the end of the sugar cane harvest, organized by the National Cultural Foundation. The season opens with the Ceremonial Delivery of the Last Canes and culminates with the Grand Kadooment, the first Monday in August. Pic-O-De-Crop, Foreday Morning and Bridgetown Market also celebrate the festival.
