The festival

The 29th Csabai Kolbászfesztivál ran from October 22 to 25, 2026 in Békéscsaba, on Gyulai út (CsabaPark). Four days celebrating the famous Csaba sausage: an international dry-sausage competition, team sausage-making contests — children, students then international teams — disznótoros demonstrations and concerts every evening. It is one of the great gastronomic and cultural gatherings of the Hungarian autumn.
