The festival
The Expo BBQ Bellechasse is the agricultural and commercial exhibition of Saint-Anselme, in Bellechasse (Chaudière-Appalaches): four days to celebrate agriculture and the agri-food industry, as a free entry. Its next edition will be held from July 1 to 4, 2027, at 37, rue des Marianistes. Animal judgements, auctions, shows, family brunch and the traditional chicken barbecue dinner are the rhythm of this event, which welcomes more than 15,000 visitors per edition.

The event, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025, is one of the most popular agricultural exhibitions in Quebec. The program, according to the organization, includes: shows, children's entertainment, family brunch, chicken barbecue dinner, competitions and animal auctions — plus Friday's tailgate, maple day and country evenings.
