The festival

Fak'ugesi is a festival of African digital culture, creativity and innovation, organized at Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct in Johannesburg. The 2026 edition, from 13 to 17 October, on the theme "African Imaginaries", offers exhibitions, lectures, workshops, performances, installations and projections. The festival brings together digital practitioners from all over the continent.
