Festival Dary

The festival

In N'Djamena, on Place de la Nation, the Dary Festival is the great festival of Chad's cultures: the country's 23 provinces have their traditions, dances, music and craftsmanship. Created in 2018, it held its 7th edition from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, under the theme "Celebrating our plural identity". Each delegation presents its objects, traditional habitats, instruments and culinary specialties, between concerts, parades and exhibitions.

Dary — "my country" — is a moment of unity when all Chad meets in the same place.
