Festival of the sausage of Sainte-Justine
First edition — Sainte-Justine celebrates sausage · Sports Centre Rotobec / Claude-Bédard Stadium, Sainte-Justine, Les Etchemins, Quebec, Canada
The festival
Sainte-Justine, in Les Etchemins, launched its festival: the Festival de la Sausage held its very first edition on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 August 2026, on the grounds of the Rotobec Sports Centre. Imagined in 2010 by the founders of the NBL Festival de la Sausage, the event is the successor of the late Festival de la Joye — a "Festival de la Joy 2.0" — and the MRC des Etchemins is talking about a great success for this first edition.
