The festival

On the island of Nosy Be, north-west of Madagascar, the Donia Festival — "life" in Madagascar — transforms Hell-Ville and the beaches into a great music scene. For several days, around the end of May and the beginning of June, Malagasy artists, stars of the salegy and musicians of the Indian Ocean follow each other in concerts, dances, crafts and meetings. It is the feast of an entire island, which gathers the inhabitants and visitors from all over Madagascar in the heat of the nights of the Indian Ocean.

No 2027 edition has yet been announced.
