The festival
In Tozeur, at the gates of the desert, the International Oasis Festival beats the heart of Djerid in the heart of winter. Presented as the oldest international event combining culture and tourism in southern Tunisia, it held its 45th edition from 27 to 30 December 2024. Carnivals, giant puppets, exhibitions, workshops and shows highlight the region's heritage: crafts, Aïssouia and Sufi music, folklore and poetry.
Four days to feel the palm grove, listen to its rhythms and share the party with artists from several countries.
