Festival St-Michel en Jazz
Jazz takes the village and church — 4th edition by the river · Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, Bellechasse, Chaudière-Appalaches, Quebec, Canada
The festival
In Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, a village on the river St. Lawrence, the Festival St-Michel en Jazz held its fourth edition on July 31st and August 1st, 2026. Created in 2023 at the initiative of Sophie Marcoux, the appointment makes the whole village ring: jazz gypsy, trad, blues, big band and music from North India outside, and a great show in the church — Susie Arioli and his album Embraceable for the edition 2026. In four years, the festival became, according to the municipality, a regional event.
