The festival
Charlevoix has a new cycling event: the Festival Vélox, organized by Vélo Charlevoix, held its first edition from 28 to 30 August 2026 in La Malbaie and the surrounding area. A complete weekend, camping or tourist accommodation, thought as an experience: engraver and road trips framed or timed, lively village, good food, music and evenings around the fire.
Saturdays are the place for a gravel bike, with a 100 km or 77 km gravel-enduro exit; on Sundays, the main exit runs on the road, for 68 km or 118 km.
Good to know
On Fridays, we arrive, we register, we set up his tent, between foodtrucks, ambient music and campfire. Saturday evening: 5@7, BBQ, show, DJ and campfire. All weekend, the site is animated with workshops, conferences, exhibitors and a relaxation area. Prices include gourmet refueling, Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch, entertainment, bike mechanics, segment timing, safety and supervision, and additional accommodation.
