The festival
The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, presented by its official website as Hawaii's largest gastronomic festival, is now in its 16th edition in the autumn of 2026. It brings together more than 250 taste creators from around the world — star chefs, winemakers and mixologists — around the local Hawaiian ingredients. The festival supports culinary education, sustainability and cultural preservation throughout the archipelago.
