The festival
Since 1990, the Hokitika Wildfoods Festival has celebrated wild foods, people and stories from the West Coast of New Zealand in Cass Square. Bold tastes, live music and "faul fashion" have been making it a major event on the coast for over 35 years, and it will be in its 37th year in 2027.
