Wednesday, 25 August 2027 — 80e edition. As tradition has it, La Tomatina will be held on the last Wednesday in August, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., preceded by palo jabón at 11 a.m. The date 2027 is already announced by the official ticket office of the festival (latomatina.info); the gauge remains capped at 22,000 participants and the base ticket was at 15 € in the last editions, all complete.
Wednesday, 26 August 2026 — 79e Full edition. The official website announced the 2026 edition on August 26, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., with a limited aforo of 22,000 people — complete for the third year in a row, with 150 tons of tomatoes spilled into the heart of Buñol.
The Tomatina Infantil. Children also have their battles: reserved for 4 to 14 years old, it takes place on Saturday before the big party, in the same spirit, in complete safety.
