The festival
In Lahore, UNESCO city of literature, words take power for three days. The Lahore Literary Festival (LLF), founded in 2012, brings together at the Alhamra Arts Center writers, historians, academics and thinkers from Pakistan and around the world for dialogues, debates and celebration of literary arts. Literature, history, archaeology, geopolitics, poetry and regional languages — including Punjabi and Saraiki — make up a program entirely free and open to all.
Its fourteenth edition was held from February 6 to 8, 2026, faithful to its vocation of cultural exchange and accessibility.
