The OFF Seal
The crazy festival that warms Quebec City's winter in alternative music · Quebec, Quebec, Canada
The festival
In the middle of winter, Quebec has been vibrating differently. Since 2015, Le Poque OFF — "an alternative music festival" — has made the capital the playground of independent and emerging music: a week of shows and showcases of about twenty minutes, Quebec and Franco-Canadian artists and international guests, in the small halls of Saint-Roch.
The 13th edition of the programme will be held from 11 to 17 February 2027, presented by SiriusXM, with a PRO component from 14 to 17 February for industry professionals.
