The festival
The Lyon comics festival, an international comic strip festival open to all and free of charge, celebrated its 20th anniversary at its 21st edition in June 2026, under the sign of the Mediterranean. True to its multidisciplinary vocation, it has made the comics dialogue with cinema, music and the stage through meetings, exhibitions, projections, workshops and shows. The edition 2026 inaugurated the Prix Lyon comics Jeunesse, awarded by young readers.
