The festival
Every year, the heart of the village of Cap-Santé, in Portneuf, is transformed into a Christmas market: the Christmas Market of Ancient time brings together more than 70 artisans who offer their most beautiful creations, in the atmosphere of traditional Quebec festivals — traditional music shows, dance and animation. A festive event for the whole family, installed on Place de l'Église. The next edition will be held from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2026.

Reference edition 2025 held from 28 to 30 November 2025 (official brochure of the City of Cap-Santé): Marche des Anges and arrival of Saint-Nicolas, illumination of the great fir tree, children's choir, demonstrations of know-how (forgeron), exhibition of crèches in the church, treasure hunt and animation for children — the detailed programme of the edition 2026 will be published by the event.
