The festival
Pa Gya! is the Accra Literary Festival organized by the Writers Project of Ghana, the 10th edition of which was held in October 2026. Its official program includes 99 sessions: writing workshops, conversations, readings, performances and exhibitions between the Goethe Institute and partner venues in Ghana's capital. It has a dialogue with authors from Ghana, Africa and the world around literature and speech.
