The festival

Playtime is the musical rendezvous of Mongolian youth. Founded in 2002, it is the largest and oldest annual music festival in the country: every July, just before Naadam's holidays, it transforms the surroundings of Ulaanbaatar into a creative capital. Rock, indie, pop, hip-hop, electronics and experimental music are shared in the scene, between upscale Mongolian talents and international artists, on its Playtime Field site, in the Nalaikh district.

Around the concerts, the PT+ program opens spaces of art, poetry, humour and well-being, with a commitment to sustainability. The steppe also knows how to party in large.
