The festival

In Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, just 30 minutes from Quebec City, Rodéo made the Parc du Grand-Héron the western capital of the Jacques-Cartier for a long weekend. For its 27th edition, from June 25 to 28, 2026, the event organized by Événements Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier brought together more than 450 cowboys and cowgirls from Quebec, Ontario and the United States — the official site said to host more than 28,000 spectators each year.
