The festival

The Ouagadougou International Crafts Fair (SAAO) is a biennial dedicated to African crafts, created in 1988. Its 18th edition is held from 30 October to 8 November 2026 on its exhibition site at Tansoba Kiema Avenue in Ouagadougou. It brings together artisans, exhibitors and buyers around the art professions of the continent.
