52 sets from around the world, 5 scenes, free entry to the heart of London · Victoria Park, London, Ontario, Canada
The festival
In London, Ontario, Sunfest filled Victoria Park with world music for four days, as a free admission. For its 2026 edition — 32nd — the festival brought together 52 ensembles from Africa, Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Indigenous communities, on five outdoor scenes, among more than 200 world kitchen and craft vendors. The organizer presents it as Canada's great free world music and jazz festival.
Good to know
Sunfest was founded in 1995 by Alfredo Caxaj and, according to the official communiqué 2026 of the organiser, attracts more than 115,000 visits every year.
