The festival
In Rivière-à-Pierre, in Portneuf, the Colloquium Eaux en couleurs installs the easels in the middle of the forest, on the site of the Falls of La Marmite. For two days, painters from all over Quebec create in front of the public, at the waterfront and in the flamboyant colours of the autumnal landscape. Its 19th edition was held on September 21 and 22, 2024; the most recent reference edition was held on September 20 and 21, 2025.
