The festival
Tini Tinou — "here and there" in Khmer — is a biennial circus festival organized by Phare Ponleu Selpak, Cambodian non-profit arts school based in Battambang. The 2026 edition is held in two cities: Siem Reap (17-19 November) and Battambang (21-24 November), with live shows, free street performances and a great circus parade.
Troops from all over the world — Japan, South Korea, India, France, Germany, Australia, Vietnam and Laos — join Cambodian artists.

You are in a festival, a concert, a village party, a traditional party, a private party — even two or three, on a boat or on a plane? Send us your images: Festival TV analyses them, and if they are broadcast, they are broadcast with your name on credit. All the world parties interest us: we want to see how different communities celebrate life and show their joy.
