Tomorrowland Winter
Tomorrowland Winter · Alpe d'Huez, France
The festival
Tomorrowland Winter is Tomorrowland at the top: since 2019, the Belgian festival has declined its fairytale at the Alpe d'Huez, the "Island in the Sun" resort perched at 1,860 meters in the French Alps. For a week, the whole mountain becomes a Tomorrowland: scenes of altitude in the day, where you dance skis at your feet facing the peaks, then covered and heated scenes in the evening, until 2 am.
The sets are those of the legend: the fairy MainStage, the CORE stage and its giant face, the Frozen Lotus, and in 2026 the Orbyz scene perched at 2,100 meters. The formula is unique in the world: the festival bracelet acts as a ski pass, purse (the " Pearls") and sesame for more than a hundred artists — for the 2026 edition, more than 150 names and some 22,000 to 30,000 People of Tomorrow.
The sixth edition of the 2026 edition was held from 21 to 28 March 2026 on the theme Sanctuary of the Butterflies. The official aftermovie of the 2022 edition, published by Tomorrowland, is included below in direct reading.
