The festival
Ontario's largest performance festival has been playing boldly since 1989: over a twelve-day period, more than 100 independent companies are presenting their shows in more than 20 venues across Toronto — theatre, comedy, dance, clown, tales, puppets and musicals. Its golden rule: no jury selection, shows are drawn by lot, and 100% of the ticket price is for artists.
The next edition will be back at the Distillery District, with its headquarters at Soulpepper Theatre (unpublished 2027 dates).
