The festival
Port of Spain is vibrating with the sound of soca and steelpans: the Caribbean Carnival-matrix is in full swing. The largest carnival in the English-speaking Caribbean — soca, steelpan and mas — matrix of many carnivals in the diaspora, from Toronto to Notting Hill.
