Dakar, December 2010. The World Festival of the Negro Arts — the FESMAN III — brings together cultures from all over the world, and the young Moses is on the side: helmet on the ears, recorder in hand, he spends his nights gathering the words of the artists. In view of the power of this gathering — creators from some eighty countries — an idea is needed, which will not leave him anymore: one must have a television entirely devoted to the feasts of the peoples.
Festival TV has just been born, in his head, and these archive photos tell us about this click.
You are in a festival, a concert, a village party, a traditional party, a private party — even two or three, on a boat or on a plane? Send us your images: Festival TV analyses them, and if they are broadcast, they are broadcast with your name on credit. All the world parties interest us: we want to see how different communities celebrate life and show their joy.
