Terre Ferme : three days of music between fields and cultures of the world
The Terre Ferme Festival (5th edition, September 26–28, 2025) unveils its programming — Sam Ojeda, Fuso, Marco Calliari, the Association of African Nationals of Valleyfield, Kattam and its Tam-tams — and the announcement of Marco Calliari on the poster, "unique sounds mixing Italian roots and Quebec energy".
The setting is worth a visit: the Farm of Godmanchester, at 2152, 4th Rank, is the one that Quebec families know by heart — it is the film farm of the popular Passe-Partout series. The festival, produced by the ObNL Érable et Sources, combines the world's cultures and the flavours of the terroir: kiosks of local artisans and producers, agricultural markets and workshops, between fields and barns.
On the stage side, the 2025 poster brought together Sam Ojeda, Fuso, the Association of African Nationals of Valleyfield and Kattam and his Tam-tams. Marco Calliari: the Italian-born Montreal singer, first known with the metal band Anonymus, has since performed his roots in his albums Che la vita and Mia dolce vita — a bridge between Italy and Quebec, all designated for a festival of world cultures.
The meeting is already set for the next round: the 6th edition of the Terre Ferme Festival will be held from 25 to 27 September 2026, still at the Farm of Godmanchester, with free entry. Festival TV follows it in its catalogue — the festival sheet, below, presents dates, place and practical information.
