Direct in the site reader (VDO.Ninja)
It's THE public direct: the chosen stream goes to the festivaltv.tv player, over the loop. Opens the board (new room and password each time); the contributor joins from his studio, tab "Go live" ; it appears below; you put it on the air. "Cut the antenna" or close the board returns hand to the loop.

LiveKit tray (old, waiting for server)
Connected contributors appear here. "On the air" sends their image to the program output (/studio/program.html, captured by OBS to Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, and to the site reader).
Emergency Direct — VDO.Ninja (from today)
While waiting for the LiveKit tray on the server, this direct works immediately: free, nothing to install, the contributor opens his link in the browser of his phone. Creates the room, sends the "guest" link to the contributor, keeps the "director" link for you, and puts the "OBS output" link in an OBS browser source to stream.
Room password: (it is in the links — do not publish them)
Calls before result (final modules)
The student asks for his call with Moses Premier from "My deposits"; offer him a niche comment, then mark the call as done.
