La Virée Trad: the 26th edition already dated at Carleton-sur-Mer
The Festival La Virée Trad celebrated its 25th edition from October 9 to 11, 2026 in Carleton-sur-Mer, in front of more than 7,850 festivalgoers. The City has already announced the following: the 26th edition will take place from October 8 to 10, 2027.
A quarter century of trade in Gaspésie
Created in 2001 and programmed by Maximum 90, La Virée Trad is the life heritage event in Carleton-sur-Mer: music, song, dance and traditional tale, dance vigil, workshops and the largest public market in the Gaspé region.
More than 7,850 festivalgoers for the 25th
The 2026 edition, held on the weekend of Thanksgiving, attracted more than 7,850 festivalgoers, according to the review published by the City of Carleton-sur-Mer in its monthly of October.
