RABAT OPENS ITS DOORS: VISA FOR MUSIC UNVEILS THE 35 PROJECTS OF ITS 13TH EDITION!
Imagine a line of applications stretching around the world: more than 900 files, from more than 90 countries, for a handful of stages in Rabat. The sorting is done, the poster is out — and from November 18 to 21, 2026, the Moroccan capital once again becomes the crossroads where Africa and the Middle East negotiate their future, in music.
Visa For Music has just unveiled the lineup of its 13th edition: more than 35 selected artistic projects. Morocco holds a place of choice, with Meryem Aboulouafa, Jbiina, Onzy Jazzbar, R2D, Soufiane AZ and YVZID. Also worth following: Gnawatronic, the meeting of Omary and maâlma Hind Ennaira, where Gnawa trance flirts with electro, as well as the projects Adam El Mouna & Faylasuf and KIW & Mourad Belouadi.
The international selection crosses continents: Italy's Enzo Avitabile & I Bottari, Haiti's Erol Josué, Brazil's Bruna Alimonda, Senegal's Mariaa Siga and South Africa's Yugen Blakrok, joined by Kazdoura, Moonshine, Olivia Khoury and Taroug. Electro, jazz, urban music, reinvented traditions: four days of showcases before programmers, producers, booking agents and festival directors hunting for tomorrow's gem.
For Visa For Music is not a festival like the others: it is a market, a public square where careers are signed between two concerts.
