To prepare a specific application, the Festival TV catalogue serves as a map: 1 234 festivals documented in 161 country and 795 cities, 583 artists and 728 Professionals Tell us the festival, the artist or the region: we check what exists in images and who holds the rights.
Writing, TV channels, platforms and online media — with a particular focus on African, Caribbean and diaspora channels, covering festivals without always being able to send a team.
Documentaries, magazines, special programs, dressings and projections: describe your project and its intended use, we look for the right image in the documented catalogue and from our field partners.
Your recordings sleep on a hard drive? Place them in the picture bank: concerts, interviews, atmospheres. Each file deposited is documented with its credit, and each licensed use passes through you, being entitled.
The form below: who you are, the type of content you are looking for, the festival(s) you are looking for, the intended use (TV, web, mobile, documentary, screening...). Five minutes, no commitment, no payment.
Each content in the catalogue bears its source and rightholder credited. We check what can be licensed, by whom, and for what use — and we answer you by email, including when the answer is "this content is not licensed".
When the rights belong to Festival TV (our field productions), the license deals directly with us. When they belong to a broadcaster, festival or artist, Festival TV documents and puts you in contact with the rightholder: the license ends with him, in complete transparency.
The agreed content is available to you with its mentions: festival, edition, artists in the image, author of the recording and credit to display. Credit is not an option: it is part of the license.
Festival TV does not sell or terminate what is not its property. The recordings referenced in the media library remain the property of their right holders — broadcasters (Arte Concert, Rockpalast · WDR, BBC Music, Télé-Québec...), festivals, recording companies and artists — always credited by name. Our work: documenting each image, establishing its chain of rights, and opening the door between the one who seeks and the one who owns. No established rights-free content is made available.
You have been filmed at a festival, or you have the recordings and archives of your editions? There is a page made for you: signal your content and allow Festival TV to broadcast it — on your page and on the channel's antenna, always to your credit. You remain owner: permission to broadcast only, withdrawal on request.

The services of the Village are obtained in Festivos . But some paths require specific and follow-up work: for an artist, build a real career path (booking, management, digital distribution); for a festival, strategy, grants, long-term programming, partnerships.Custom support Festival TV: a paid professional service, processed case by case — no amount displayed, everything is defined with the accompanying service. Its engine: the network of the house, which presents the artists accompanied to the directors and programmers.
Open: the receipt and processing of applications, the search in the documented catalogue, the linking with the right holders and the licenses on the Festival TV productions. Not yet: There is no downloadable self-service catalogue, no automated watermarked preview, no guaranteed time frame — the processing is human, by the team, and the delay depends on the reply of the rightholders. Some referenced content is only viewable from their official source and is not licensed via Festival TV: we will tell you as it is rather than to make you wait. This status is part of the Festival TV public roadmap.
