Festival TV is the TV infomusement — information + fun — and the Academy is its school: it trains the students adventurers of the party to the trade Web Reporter Festival Explorer, the web reporter dedicated exclusively to parties and festivals. The problem — and the solution
Thousands of parties are never told.
Festivals and festivals in thousands of cities are never filmed properly. Passionate people are on site, but without method, suitable material and no broadcaster. Journalism schools form image reporters, but rarely on cultural and festive cover.
The solution: A 3-level course, accessible from a simple Festival TV Academy account, which starts from the bottom — a phone, a neighborhood party, and the willingness to learn. We only advance by proving what we know how to do on the ground. Three ideas make the model unique:
We recruit in the field, we train online, we disseminate ·Each learner produces real content from Level 1, published on festivaltv.tv.

The Explorer Cycle
The Academy is not a school next to the chain: it is the supply chain of Festival TV. A trained learner becomes a contributor, then an affiliate, then a mentor who trains the following — and the cycle starts again.

5 · Diffuse ·The subjects are published on festivaltv.tv, directs and networks. The explorer receives visibility, signature, and paid missions according to contracts.

Moses First, the figure of explorers
He is the one who embodies the journalists-explorers of the Academy. The course videos are shot by Moïse 1er with the same material as the learners: the best proof that the method works. Initially, it is also he who validates the missions and signs the certificates — then the level 3 mentors take over, city after city.

Level 3 — JRI Festival TV
Cover an entire festival, do live, work with the studio remotely, and be affiliated with the network.

Durée ·12 weeks + one field placement, 10 modules.
Validation mission ·Full coverage of a festival + 1 direct.
What we get ·The Festival TV affiliate badge and mission letter, network affiliation, eligibility for the Explorer's Kit, priority over missions paid according to contracts. Status: official affiliate.

And after affiliation ·The journey continues: affiliates become mentors and train the following explorers — then country coordinators and Academy trainers.
In each module ·A complete lesson, a sheet to keep on the phone, the script of the course video, a practical exercise and a quiz corrected with 5 questions. Coach IA checks, a valid trainer; exams are rated on 20, according to the rules of the studies. Each module is downloaded in PDF and audio — everything is designed for small connections. And each successful module reports 100 Festivos, credited after validation.

The Charter of the Festival Explorer

Sheet 1 — The settings before leaving

We don't team until we have formed: the kit rewards proven engagement in the field. It is funded by Festival TV partners.

The Explorer Kit remains the property of Festival TV or the partner for 24 months; it is loaned against a cover commitment (e.g. 6 festivals per year), then transferred to the explorer if the commitment is fulfilled. Each kit bears the mention of the partner who funded it.

The World Meeting of the Festival Explorer s ·Each year around the Party World Tour (on the night of December 31): explorers from each country live cover the festivals of their city; presentation of certificates and trophies; the best subject of the year is awarded.
Camp Festival Explorer ·Every summer, a week of residence in a host festival: masterclass, collective coverage of the festival, meetings with festival directors, artists and sponsors. First edition to come, once the first JRIs have been trained.

First school anchor — in preparation
A school of journalism or cinema by priority country, and a first cohort targeted in the first semester of 2027.
The first anchor is getting ready with theISIC of Kuntia (Guinea), the public reference institution for the information and communication professions: Festival TV would bring real missions, a broadcaster and a masterclass of Moïse 1er; the Institute, a pilot cohort of volunteer students and the recognition of missions as practical work. At this stage, the exchanges are under preparation and no agreement is signed. The same model will then apply to the other countries of the network, and to Quebec for the Discovery of Canada 2027.

How it goes, concretely. You place your mission on the platform; the IA coach gives you an immediate first return (shade, stability, light, sound, sequence, duration, respect for charter and consent). The final validation is always human. The missions of Levels 2 and 3 then start at the studio Festival TV: final editing, dressing, subtitling assisted by IA and verified by a human, then publication with your signature. The directs of Level 3 go through the remote control of Festival Explorer Live.
